The journey began in 1980 when Mr. Usman Parayaratt and his brothers started the business by opening their first restaurant in Umm Al Quwain, Arafath Restaurant and Ashraf Store. Their commitment to quality and hospitality laid the foundation for what would become PR Group.
In 2011, Mr. Muhasin Parayaratt, son of Usman Parayaratt, moved to Dubai and expanded the business, introducing new ventures such as supermarkets and restaurants across the UAE. Today, PR Group’s flagship brands—Fresh Basket, Green Basket, and Picnic Restaurant—serve a wide range of customers, blending tradition with modern excellence.
